How much time should I plan to be at Rose Mansion?
We recommend you plan for around an hour to three hours at Rosé Mansion. The experience is designed to move at your own pace, but the guest have an hour from the start of their ticket. Once you are done with the official ticketed experience you then have access to the Rosé Mansion bar where you can hang out and purchase additional drinks and snacks (popcorn, cheese or meat plates etc.)
How much time do I have in the experience?
Guests have an hour to spend upstairs wandering the Mansion.
Where is Rose Mansion located?
We are located at 445 5th Ave at the corner of 5th Ave and 39th. You can find a map and more specific subway directions on the Visit page.
What should I bring?
Bring your ticket, ID, and a fully charged phone/camera. Large bags are not permitted inside the experience. Work bags / totes are fine, but we do not have a bag check.
Are tickets available at the door?
We highly suggest buying tickets in advance. All of our ticketing is done online, so there is no extra inventory at the door and buying tickets at the door will not avoid the service fee.
How much are tickets?
General admission is $45. We offer Happy Hour tickets on weekdays from until 4:30pm for only $35.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non transferable. One person in the party must match one of the names on the ticket with a photo ID. Tickets purchased from a third party site are non-valid.
Can I bring my kids?
The experience is not designed for children, and everyone must be 21+ with a valid ID to participate. However, we understand sitters aren't easy to come by, and you deserve some fun! If your child is under 12 months and strapped to your chest, they are welcome to join before 4:30pm. We cannot allow strollers in the space.
Can I Bring My Pet?
Unfortunately, health regulations prevent us from allowing any of our furry friends into the experience.
Do you have a coat or bag check?
We do not have a coat or bag check, and so anything you bring with you to the Mansion you will have to carry around with you! Thus we recommend bringing heavy items at home/the office/your hotel when possible.
Is there group pricing?
The only promotion at Rosè Mansion is Happy Hour. Happy Hour tickets are available $35 Monday-Friday when you enter before 4:30pm.
When should I arrive?
As stated on your ticket, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early to your session start time and you must arrive within the first 20 minutes of your session to be guaranteed admission.
So for example for a 9pm ticket, we recommend you arrive at 8:45pm and you MUST arrive by 9:20pm to be guaranteed admission.
Your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. If you miss your time slot, your ticket is unfortunately no longer valid.
Do you refund tickets or change times?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We cannot transfer tickets for any reason as we only have a limited amount of people per time slot. We apologize but no exceptions can be made!
What about the bar?
Because of the interactive nature of the experience, everyone must go through the tasting first before joining us at the bar. The bar is the last stop of the tour!
Do you have parking?
If possible, we highly recommend taking public transportation. Rose Mansion is located not far from both Grand Central and Penn Station.
If you are driving, we do not have parking at the Mansion and we recommend checking out SpotHero.com, ParkWhiz.com, or Parking.com for the most affordable rates
